Thunderbolts* is scheduled to be released in the United States on May 2, 2025, as the final film of Phase Five of the MCU.
The Thunderbolts, Marvel's response to DC's Suicide Squad, is centered on a group of well-known villains that have been assembled by CIA agent Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (played by Julia Louis-Dreyfus) and have appeared in previous MCU projects such as Captain America and the Winter Soldier, Black Widow, and Ant-Man and the Wasp.
